Auto Pay
Sign up at HorizonBlue.com. Your monthly premium payment is deducted from your checking account, or billed to your credit or debit card on the same date each month. You must pay once online before using Auto Pay.
If you sign up for Auto Pay with your checking or savings account, you can save $2 off the total monthly rate, up to $24 per year.
Online
Sign in at HorizonBlue.com, click My Accounts, then click Payment Center. You can pay by checking account, debit card or credit card at no additional charge.
MoneyGram
Go to one of MoneyGram’s convenient locations. Visit MoneyGram.com/locations to fnd a location near you. Horizon BCBSNJ’s MoneyGram code is 11967.
Pay over the phone
Call 1-888-778-2005 (TTY 711), 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and use the Make a Payment option to pay with your checking account. Or, call the number on the back of your member ID card during normal business hours and select the Billing option to speak with a Member Services Representative. You can use your Visa®, MasterCard® or Discover® card or pinless debit card to make a payment online. Horizon BCBSNJ does not accept American Express®. Please have your member ID number available. An additional $25 fee may be applied.
If your Horizon BCBSNJ account has been terminated, you will need to speak with a Member Services Representative to make a payment.
