You can get online doctor and therapist visits using your phone, tablet or computer with Horizon CareOnline℠. This includes medical visits and therapy and psychiatry.
- You do not need an appointment for urgent telehealth visits, and an ePrescription will be provided if you need one.
- You need to schedule an appointment for behavioral health visits. Appointments are available between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m., seven days a week.
Enroll now. It’s easy. Follow these steps:
- Visit HorizonCareOnline.com to get started.
- Fill in your name, email address and create a password to sign up.
- Select your location, date of birth and gender.
- Answer “YES” for health insurance, select Horizon NJ TotalCare (HMO D-SNP) and enter service key: HORIZON.
- Congratulations! You are now enrolled.
